LOCATION: The Farris Building located at the University of
Central Arkansas, 201 Donaghey St. on Bruce St. Conway,
Arkansas. There will be no camping for vendors or dancers
outside of the arena area; rest rooms will be available on the
premises as well as ample parking. In the given area there are
many motels and restaurants.

THE LOST CHEROKEE WILL NOT FURNISH TABLES,
CHAIRS, LIGHTS, EXTENSION CORDS, TARPS, STAKES, OR
ANY OTHER ITEMS NEEDED TO SET UP A BOOTH. These
items are the responsibility of the vendor. All art and crafts are
welcome to come and share with us on this pow wow.
LIABILITY: The Lost Cherokee pow wow or any co-sponsors
will not be held liable for any theft, breakage, damage, or loss of
any equipment, merchandise, or any item related to the vendors
business. The vendor assumes full responsibility for and all
personnel injuries incurred by them, their associates and / or
employees.
ARRIVAL DATE: Vendors will not be able to set up until
Saturday March 28th after 9:00 A. M.
